Celebrate one of Metro’s newest parks with free food, music and activities. Dedication celebration begins at 2 p.m.
Event parking
Please do not plan on parking at the park. That parking lot will be reserved for guests with mobility concerns, elderly visitors and event speakers. Free event parking is located at Centro Cultural in Cornelius. Free shuttles will run every 30 minutes until 4 p.m. between Centro Cultural to Chehalem Ridge Nature Park.
Park and ride
Free event parking is located at the Centro Cultural parking lot and surrounding neighborhoods. Free shuttles will run every 30-45 minutes from 9:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. between Centro Cultural to Chehalem Ridge Nature Park. There will be refreshments and activities at Centro Cultural while guests wait.
First shuttle will leave Centro Cultural at 9:30 a.m. and run every 30-45 minutes between Centro Cultural to Chehalem Ridge Nature Park. Shuttles will run consecutively throughout the day. Beginning at 3:30 p.m. the shuttle will only return guests to their vehicles at Centro Cultural. The last shuttle will leave Chehalem Ridge Nature Park at 4 p.m.

About Chehalem Ridge Nature Park
Chehalem Ridge Nature Park provides plenty of opportunities to view wildlife and take in scenery, whether you’re walking, off-road bicycling or riding horseback. Featuring 1,260 acres of diverse habitat and wildlife – from old Oregon white oaks to Pacific madrone trees to shrubby habitat where deer, coyotes and birds live – this gem is just 15 minutes south of Forest Grove and is the largest Metro park on the west side of greater Portland.
