We care about you!
The Pub Talk scheduled for March 25 has been cancelled out of an abundance of caution for the health of everyone involved. The Oregon Zoo and Metro are working closely with the Oregon Health Authority and the county public health agencies to ensure we are following the most up-to-date guidance related to COVID-19. While there is no recommendation to cancel meetings of fewer than 250 people at this time, we do know people at higher risk of getting sick should avoid non-essential gatherings. As excited as we are to share the Pub Talk experience with you, we want to do our best to keep everyone safe and healthy. We don’t know when we will be able to reschedule this event, so we are refunding your pre-purchased ticket. Please allow 7-10 business days for this credit to be applied to your account. Please stay tuned to oregonzoo.org for more events in the future.
Get to know your wildlife neighbors. Join Rich Beausoleil, the statewide bear and cougar specialist with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, to learn little-known facts about how bears and cougars live, experience their surroundings and interact with each other as well as humans.
