Metro is in receipt of the proposed MTIP formal amendments:
The purpose of this amendment is to make the necessary funding corrections, increases and fund reprogramming to the 2024-27 MTIP. This amendment amends three ODOT project awards to meet federal delivery requirements:

- I-5 Rose Quarter: Broadway to Weidler. Replacement of three of the five aging bridges over I-5. Construction of the central portion of the highway cover from Broadway to the southern end and beyond Weidler Street.
- I-405 and I-5 Stormwater Facilities: I-5 Rose Quarter. Construction of stormwater facilities for the east end of the Fremont Bridge and ramps. Construction of a structural deck overlay, bridge rail upgrades and seismic retrofit on two bridges in the southern portion of the project area.
