Central Point is a four-story project completed in 2000 in the Gresham regional center. Four blocks from Gresham Central Transit Center, it features ground-floor retail space and 22 apartment units, all on a 12,000-square-foot site.
Esther Short Commons in the Vancouver regional center is adjacent to a historic park. Completed in 2004, it has 160 apartments—139 affordable housing units and 21 market rate units above 20,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.
Downstairs at the Hollywood Library and Bookmark Apartments is a 13,000-square-foot branch of the Multnomah County Library and 815 square feet of retail space. Above are 47 mixed-income apartments. This pioneering project opened in 2002 in Northeast Portland’s Hollywood town center.
Lake View Village in the Lake Oswego town center is a 3-acre project of 50,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, four floors of structured parking and two floors of office space. It is served by multiple bus lines and is three blocks from the Lake Oswego Transit Center.
The Round in the Beaverton regional center is sited around a plaza at the Beaverton Central MAX station. Three of eight structures are open. They include 64 condos, a fitness center, restaurants and office space. In January 2013, Beaverton announced that its City Hall and many city offices would move to The Round.
