S&H Logging, Inc. dba S&H Logging Supplies & Recycling
20200 SW Stafford Road, Tualatin, Ore.
Description of facility and application
S&H Logging submitted an application to Metro to renew its solid waste facility license to operate a yard debris reload facility. S&H Logging’s current license (No. L-045-16B) authorizes the facility to accept and consolidate source-separated yard debris for delivery to facilities that produce compost, and wood waste and landclearing debris for delivery to facilities with industrial boilers that use the recovered wood to generate energy in place of non-renewable fossil fuels. The facility does not accept food waste and no composting will occur. The facility has not proposed any changes to its current operation.
S&H Logging has operated as a Metro-licensed yard debris reload facility since 2002. The property is zoned RRFF-5 (rural residential farm forest 5-acre) and the proposed use is allowed in this zone by Clackamas County.
A copy of the license application can be downloaded from the link below. If approved, the renewed license would take effect on July 1, 2022 and remain in effect for five years.
