Metro is required to document funded projects scheduled to use federal funds over the next four years. The current cycle is documented in the 2021-24 Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program.
Metro is in receipt of the Proposed MTIP Formal Amendments:
The purpose of this amendment is to make the necessary funding corrections, funding increases, fund reprogramming and add or cancel projects in the 2021-24 MTIP. The projects submitted for amendment in this amendment include:

- Westside Corridor multimodal improvements study (ODOT)
- Corridor and systems planning 2020 (Metro)
- Regional Metropolitan Planning Organization planning 2021 (Metro)
- Portland Metro planning 2022 (Metro)
- Metro Transportation Options 2018-2021 (Metro)
- Oregon Route 141- Hall Boulevard - Scholls Ferry Road - Locust Street (ODOT)
- Oregon Route 99W - Rock Creek Bridge (ODOT)
- Oregon Route 224 - Southeast 17th Avenue - Southeast Rusk Road (ODOT)
- Local traffic signal controller replacement (City of Portland)
