Metro is required to document funded projects scheduled to use federal funds over the next four years. The current cycle is documented in the 2015-18 Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program.

The purpose of this bundled major administrative amendment is to reprogram Surface Transportation Program (STP) funding and required local match funding from Key 15389 as it will not be required for the project. The STP is being reprogrammed to three Clackamas County projects to eliminate project funding shortfalls.
