- Tualatin Valley Highway Community Connections Planning Study. New funding for a Reconnecting Communities Pilot program grant funded study on Tualatin Valley Highway Highwayy/Oregon Route 8 to develop equitable outcomes through zero-emission, bus-rapid transit that connects disadvantaged communities to jobs, education, economic opportunity, public space and parks.
