Do you need a beautiful indoors route to walk during the fall rain? Discover the vast array of artwork, unique architectural features and sustainability achievements in and around one of the state’s largest public buildings by taking the guided walking tour at the Oregon Convention Center (OCC).
Each month, OCC community volunteers lead an informational stroll in and around the building, sharing interesting facts and features, including a diverse collection of artwork valued at over $2 million, much of it the work of Pacific Northwest artists and residents.
The next Oregon Convention Center walking tour is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 16 at 10 a.m. Special information highlighting the facility’s 20th anniversary will also be included. To register, please call 503-731-7858 by Sept. 14.
This event is free and open to the general public.
The OCC is located at 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Portland.
