The diversity, equity and inclusion data dashboard provides Metro employees, community partners and the public data to make Metro's efforts to advance racial equity more transparent and easier to track, and thereby provide another way to hold Metro accountable in this work. The information will be updated annually, provide a baseline to measure future diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, highlight related ongoing Metro projects, and inform future policy and actions.
This dashboard presents information related to the recruitment, retention and promotion components of Metro’s racial equity efforts. Data related to the other racial equity areas within Metro’s Strategic plan to advance racial equity, diversity and inclusion is not included.
