This spring, the east part of the Metro region will make important choices that will affect our transportation system, community and economic development, and there are upcoming opportunities for members of the public to influence the decisions that will be made soon. Governments are working to prioritize how they will spend their share of state and federal transportation dollars through the next 20 years. This process is called East Metro Connections Plan, and it will result in agreement on near- and long-term investments in Gresham, Fairview, Troutdale, Wood Village and parts of Multnomah County.
Learn about potential transportation projects in your neighborhood, such as changes to roads, intersections and timing of traffic signals, new or improved sidewalks, crosswalks and trails and upgrades to bus service that are being evaluated as a part of East Metro Connections Plan. Help inform the important decisions that will be made this spring.
