TriMet is planning now for the future of transit service in the Portland region. As it looks at how to improve service for eastside residents, it is inviting the public to get involved and give feedback on transit enhancements.
Transportation survey
The Powell-Division Transit and Development Project is an effort to provide more reliable public transportation between downtown Portland and Gresham along Southeast Powell Boulevard and Division Street. Residents interested in this issue can provide feedback via an online survey. The survey, which closes June 30, will be used to figure out how transit trips can be easier and more convenient in that area.

TriMet is currently shaping their Eastside Service Enhancement Plan, an effort to boost transportation for the entire eastside. They want to find out how bus service should be changed or adjusted in both the near future and long-term. To gather public input, they have four community meetings coming up in the next two weeks. Light refreshments and childcare provided for attendees.
