Metro is required to document funded projects scheduled to use federal funds over the next four years. The upcoming cycle, which was adopted by the Metro Council on July 23, 2020 is documented in the 2021-24 Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program.
Metro is in receipt of the following proposed formal amendments to the 2021-24 MTIP:
The purpose of this amendment is to create required technical corrections through the first of two formal transition amendments to the 2021‐24 Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program to add new projects or correct and update current project programming involving phase slips, cost adjustments, delivery timing updates and/or fund swaps impacting various projects and agencies.
Projects and programs submitted for amendment in this bundle include 13 projects:

- N Willamette Blvd ATC: N Rosa Parks Ave – N Richmond Ave
- MAX Red Line Extension and Reliability Improvements
- TriMet TOD Planning for the MAX Red Line Light Rail
- 5307 Mass Transit Vehicle Replacement – FY 2020
