Join Metro in celebrating the launch of the ninth edition of Bike There! by showing us what you see from the saddle when riding your bike around the region.
Use your Instagram account and the hashtag #bikethere2015 to share stunning sunsets, remote destinations, your favorite trail or the everyday things in your neighborhood that you can only see when traveling by bike.
You could win prizes from local bike shops, Bike There! maps and the chance to be published in Metro’s Our Big Backyard magazine.
Since 1983, Bike There! has been helping people find the safest, most comfortable and direct bike routes across the region. The new map features more destinations and more ways to get there – a total of 1,008 miles of on-street bike routes and 550 miles of off-street trails – in communities in every part of the Portland region. Bike There! is available at area bike and outdoor retailers now.
